| Im considering buying a Tippmann m4-22lr Micro as a cheaper alternative of a APC 9 SD machinegun or a cmmg bolt Kit in my LMT. In my head i want to supress the Tippmann with a B&T or Acheron Can. I want to change the handguard so that the supressor is tucked inside the handguard. Is the Tippmann interchangable with normal AR15 handguards and if yes, wath would fit a 26-30mm can inside? Is it even worth it to go that route? |

I can’t answer your specific question about the hand guard and suppressor on the Tippman Micro but you might consider a dedicated 22 LR upper for an AR-15. Right to Bear sell complete uppers with the hand guards large enough in diameter to fit most suppressors. The 22 LR upper can pin on top of any milspec AR-15 lower, even NFA registered lowers. Right to Bear sell all the parts needed to assemble a complete 22 LR upper/firearm or you can use any other AR-15 parts in a build. The 4.5” barrels in 22 LR are normally subsonic with high velocity bulk ammo. The only real down side to 22 LR is it is filthy and why my 22 LR AR-15’s have their own dedicated 22 LR lower.
