Surefire Scout mount picatinny rail?

So I am trying to accomplish something with an existing Larue LT-752 Offset scout light mount that I already have. Is there a Picatinny rail piece available that fits a Surefire scout mount pattern? Screw spacing the same and slot size the same? I've found the Atlas BT20-B rail piece that looks close. Any other ideas? Basically I want to put a rail section on this....

I use an Impact Weapons offset for the Scout light. Mounts on the top handguard’s rail.

I am wanting to put an Inforce WML onto the Larue LT-752 to make an offset QD setup.
