| i know the AR10 platform does not have the same standards across the board as the the AR15 does, but do the Bolt Carrier Groups interchange? |

There are some commonalities but many entirely different standards including Armalite DPMS DPMS Gen 2 many proprietary designs most of the cheap stuff is DPMS pattern and somewhat interchangeable but I would want to verify headspace personally given the variation in cheap stuff even in the ar15 market, which is only worse with the less standardized 10s also AR10 bolts tend to be made of 9310 not carpenter 158 and a lot of cheap ones are trash in my limited experience |
| Guess i should have been more specific in my question. i know there is no way to swap between an ar15 and ar10 platforms, but was more wondering what the differences between the various ar10 variants. Been scrounging Aero M5 pars for a while, and wound up trading into an LMT lower and parts kit. Last weekend got an MRP H Upper with 16" 308 barrel, and now need to get a BCG group. Was more wondering what my options were. |
