| Anybody make a single CR123 cell body that mounts to MLOK and isn't $100+? I'm happy to use my existing surefire or streamlight heads and tail caps. I'm tempted to get one of the random amazon/chinese specials but I was looking for something low profile for my HD rattler that doesn't cost a car payment. |

I assume you want for the standard primary cell models, not the DF/Turbo heads? Arisaka 300-series light body is about $55, then add a cheap off-brand scout light to MLok mount off amazon. Probably be about $70 all in. A company called Weltool makes scout bodies that only run about $30, but they only do the DF/Turbo head threading. The Chinese SF scout light knockoffs use a slightly different pattern of threading, so you can't put real SF heads on their bodies. If you go with a knockoff, you'll have to get the full light and use the knockoff head and tailcap as well. |

@steviesterno16 not sure if we’re on the same page, but you asked for a scout 300 body that mounts to Mlok. My suggestion was exactly that, a scout 300 body with a Mlok interface machined into it. Granted, one needs access to the inside of the rail, even if thru the other side, to mount it. Is that not what you wanted? The helmet piece, uses a Mlok interface, and can simply be discarded. Not sure if the helmet piece is confusing things. ETA: the other way to achieve the same thing is to buy an Arisaka body and use Unity’s Fusion Mlok adapter. If I’m still off base, then I’m reading your ‘low profile’ request incorrectly. Does anyone else think it is funny a guy spends for a Sig Rattler then complains about a Reptilia one piece integrated MLOK mount coming in at $101.96 for Black Friday right now? And not willing to go with a two piece Arisaka 300 body and mount? Which is like $87 to $95 at full retail depending on mount option.  My suggestion is just buy the good stuff once. Afailed experiment will cost way more in the long run. |

I have an unreasonable amount of money tied up in lights currently, and having just made the Junp to NODs I was hoping to not spend a fortune if I could help it. |

I already spent a bunch on nods and stuff but if I could not spend 4 digits on IR stuff, considering I’m not tip of the spear anything, I’m here for it. |

True, I guess the totality of your situation is not known to me. If you don't already own heads and tail caps, maybe a SF G2X in a BCM or Arisaka ring mount is good enough if checking that white light box on a setup that already has NV. Other wise, I think you have all the reputable options. |

Also coming to terms with the idea that I have an unreasonable amount of money tied up in gear and crap I don’t use like I thought I would when I bought it. Trying to be good about it but still have options. I may throw my small SF on there this weekend and see how I like it but currently I feel like my streamlight is too big for a small rifle. |

Bc it sounds like you just need a light bar that you can attach your light to, then attach the light bar to your handguard. |

I did just see the Arisaka MCX mount and that might actually let me tuck a light up tighter to the rattler like I was thinking would be good. Cheaper than a light body too. |
