Kind of a counter to the thread about ones that let us down. 1. Primary Arms SLX Nova Gen 4 I got on sale for like $250. I like it as much as my old Vortex PST 1-6 that In gave to my bro a while back. Honestly between that and the Vortex I would get another SLX Nova. Its really good for the $ in my opinion. I have seen it hyped and praised a lot but my expectations weren't super high going in due to price and being burned on hype before lol. 2. Weaver Grand Slam Tactical 3-10 , light, clear glass, great price. Was definitely a nice scope. Japanese glass at a great price. I think Midway had them o sale for like $275 3. Weaver 3-15 Law Enforcement scope with LOW glass as well. For $550 it was an insanely nice scope. Heavy as Hell but the glass was really good and tracked great. |

Vector Optics 2-12×44 Continental. Uses german Schott glass. Is made in china so it's cheap. The whole continental line uses german Schott glass. FFP 2 up to 10 is easy to use 11 to 12 has a tight eye box. Cost $700.00 MSRP and I won the bid on GunBroker for $245.00 Attached File |

I'll +1 the Strike Eagle 5-25x scope, I'm very happy with mine. One that never really saw much in the way of reviews was the Brownells MPO series. It was discontinued a few years back, but made in Japan with Japanese glass, etc. I have one of the 1-6x with the donut reticle and it works well above what I paid for. (Nabbed it on clearance for $300 with a mount when they used to retail for double that.) The illumination is meh, but the donut reticle is pretty comfortable to use, but is designed for occasional precision (1moa ish center dot) but is designed to hit torso targets from 50-400 or so.

However, ignore the MSRP. It is $450-$500 direct from Vector all the time with coupon codes. Kind of like Vortex, the MSRP is made up. $245 is a steal though!

Sig Romeo 5. I can't get enough of them. For $120 on sale, you are getting something that is functionally equivalent to anything else on the market (with a single dot at least) at a fraction of the price; my sample size is a good half dozen now with zero issues of any kind, and if something does happen to go wrong, my experience with Sig CS on the optics side at least has been very good. |

| I like the Primary Arms prisms. I have 2 Generation 2 Cyclops and 2 of the great 2X prisms. Very clear on my go to AR15. I bought a Leupold 3X9 VXR patrol years ago. Lightweight and clear glass. A scope or prism is my type because of astigmatism. I will get more later. My best scope is no name US Optics original 10X. Great glass and reticle. |
| I really like my Burris RT6. I didnt expectuch for what it cost. I have some nice scopes from Steiner, Leupold Vortex, Meopta and several more. The RT6 works outstanding for the cost. I like it just as much as my Viper PST 1-6 |

| I have a Bushnell SMRS 1-6.5 with fantastic glass to my eyes. The best Japanese glass I've ever looked through. I hate how dim the illumination is, but I can't bring myself to get rid of it due to how nice it is to look through. I ended up adding an offset RMR for close stuff since the 1x illumination sucks. |

Old stuff; A Leupold Rifleman 2-7x-33 has been stellar since I purchased it. Another vote for Vortex, particularly the Strike Eagle 1-6x on my BCM. The Sig Whiskey 3-9. And the Burris RT3 and RT5 prisms. Close eyebox but super clear. Etched reticule, illuminated if you wish. Poor man's Acog??? Attached File Attached File |
