10.5 barrel with Turbo2 suppressor. It eject at 1 o'clock with 223 or 5.56. It also doesn't lock back on Last round. Lighter spring ? Heavier buffer ? Lighter buffer ? It doesn't have an adjustable gas block currently. It's a new build Thanks |

Yes, suppressor is a increased blow back design, while means that the bolt is now unlocking sooner, and it will take more buffer mass, recoil spring mass to have the bolt back unlocking at correct timing. Hence when bolt unlocks too fast, residual pressure is bore is much higher, case the spent case to pressure adhire to the chamber walls much greater, with a lot of the B/C momentum rearward lost from the harder then normal spent case pull from the chamber. So, start with H3 buffer, and if bolt is still not locking back, then may have to go to either heaver buffer, or swap out to stronger recoil spring instead. Or, since its the added gas pressure through the barrel gas port via the supressor that is causing the bolt to unlock faster, the extra reverse wave blow back from the suppressor that is slowing down the residual bore bleed down as well, other option is adjustable gas or key to reduce the dwell time of the pressure making it way to the B/C in the first place. | I just built a 10.3” MK18 and run a KGM suppressor. Danial Defense MK18 are known to be “gassy” so I needed to slow down the speed of the BCG so I started off with H3 buffer and braided buffer spring from Armaspec. AR shot perfect with 4 o’clock ejection, good luck. |
