Russian 9mm armour piercing. The 9x18 (Makarov) and X30 are tuff to find but here are a few varieties in the 9X19 (luger) and X21. Hardened steel cores.
Nomenclature written on the sides of the cases. Pretty rare in the states. Just one of the 9x21 (7N29) cost me $125- . wolfganggross
