The RIS 2 is cut for a carbine length gas system, so no that wouldn’t work.

Centurion has a quad rail that's cut for a mid length system

Or you could buy a ris rail that's not cut and have it sent off to get a fsb cut done

FSB version or LPGB?

If LPGB, you can go with the RIS II M4A1 but you might have to remove the M203 Hangers from the inside of the rail system depending on the size of your gas block.
