Is there some way to seal the hole? I never use it on others. Planning on making the pistol just using charging handle for bolt operations. Any suggestions? |

| No BHO after the last round would be a deal killer for me. Also, I only use the charging handle one time when I start shooting and then once more when I'm done to close the bolt. I reload using just the bolt release the entire time. Is there a reason you are doing this? |

Never heard of anyone doing that. I'm not sure why you wouldnt want to use it because its handy for locking the bolt back to check the chamber, and reloads are quicker and more ergonomic than pulling a side charger. Id just install it, and if you dont want to use it, dont use it. Edit: if you have to eliminate the BHO you could grind away the engagement surfaces on a bolt catch and install it I suppose. |
