A quick detach light/mount is a must for me. An older robust upside down sopmod type mount attached to 0.27 height picatinny rail section
holding a streamlight HLX. The mount allows me to comftorably access the handguard under the light.

My same Surefire M600U Scout weaponlight on KAC M4 RAS rails, Colt 6920 M4 carbiine.

Surefire Scout on Haley Strategic Thorntail/ IWC M-LOK offset mount mounted on Centurion Arms of Colt 6920-EPR upper half.

Surefire G2X on Viking Tactics offset mount mounted on Daniel Defense rail, RRA A4 9mm carbine.

Inforce WML gen 2 400 Lumens on my own build 9mm AR pistol using Glock mags.

Surefire XH30 on Glock 17 gen 5 MOS with Strike Industries comp.

Surefire X300U-A on Glock 17 gen 5 MOS with Glock factory threaded barrel and Vortex Viper red dot.

FN Five-Seven MK3 with Surefire X300U-A.

Recent 300 BO build with Arisaka 300 series body, offset mount, Malkoff Head, Surefire Clicky.

Small, lightweight but still gets the job done for short distance. The gun is a HD rig.

And, I opted to do the same on the 11.3" 5.56 build while Arisaka had everything on BF sale.
