Overall, NF wins but the Razor is very good. The NF took a little more time to fine tune the parallax/focus but once adjusted correctly you could see details that the razor wouldn't pick up. Not a huge difference, but noticeable. The glass and layout of the Razor is very nice when you consider the price (1700ish for a like new one second hand).

I'd also place more confidence in the NF as their scopes in general seem to be better constructed and track better than any of their competition. This is the only Vortex scope I have owned that hasn't had to go back to the factory.
