OK, I have wanted this concept to materialize. Rimfire cans are largely designed to be a one-trick pony for hosts - with pistols needs driving the design (thread on and skinny for sights) Would you be interested in a dedicated .22 suppressor that had the following criteria: - Had roughly the same size of a 5.56 can (benefit of more volume plus looks) - Utilized the Rotex/Surefire/B&T QD Mount (benefit of having a muzzle device protecting the threads when not on and solid lock up) |

I don't mind the idea of a fatter 22 suppressor. Just picked up a CAT Ben and love it on my S&W 15-22 pistol. However I like light 22 suppressors, and I think the Surefire mount alone weighs more than any 22 suppressor I own. My FOR Pluto weighs less than a Surefire muzzle device. |

OR...are you currently an 07/class 2 SOT ?? If the answer is "no" to either or both questions....then please explain how you plan to do this. . |

I talked to the owner/importer of a pretty prominent company which makes a large catalogue of suppressors |
