I finally picked up my first AR...CMMG MOD4 SA, Midlength, HBAR, 1/9 twist. So far I've added the VLTOR EMOD stock, BCM Gunfighter Mod 4 charging handle, GG&G MAD BUIS, and EOTech 552. I plan on adding a Magpul ASAP, Magpul MOE grip, Magpul Enhanced Trigger Guard (aluminum), and YHM Phantom Comp/Brake (closed end). I haven't settled on handguards yet, but I wish Magpul would come out with a midlength MOE handguard. I am leaning towards the MI two piece handguard rail right now with Magpul XTM covers.

Do a search for "color fill" either here or in the refinishing forum. its been discussed 100,050 times, at least. My rifle feels really plain compared to the rest of yours. You all have same nice set ups. I can only afford a basic rifle, but I like the clean look:
Specs: Upper = CMMG .223 mid length with BCM something it it. Lower = Grizzly Multical, DMPS parts kit and A2 stock Sights: DD A1.5 Bullet Button 
$831 total. This includes all of CA's fees and whatnot. Everything was used except the sight. Will shoot it Tuesday. |
