Im out of rail space. I can't have my matech rear sight, dnt NV and an aimpoint pro. Unless I find a riser, is there anything wrong with doing this? I dont feel good about not having irons on my guns. |

Go to a 1.7 or 1.93 with an skd spacer. The Arisaka tall magnifier has cantilever built in. It will fit. Example:  ETA: disregard didn't realize you are running digital NV instead of a magnifier... but maybe a riser is still the right idea. I think this BCM may be your ticket since it goes long. |

About a month late but.. How many slots do you need to move the nv forward for buis, 2? Can you move the aimpoint 2 slots forward or do recoil lugs prevent that? If not having some of the mount over the handguard is fine and isn't going to affect anything If not I'd shop for a mount that pushes the aimpoint 2 (or however many is needed) slots forward |
