We hunt pigs often and I use a 300 BLK. Last trip my wife said she wanted her own, so I decided to build a 6mm just because. Noveske 14.5 barrel and bolt, Rugged Razor suppressor. Brace until I can Form 1 it. I had this Vortex laying around so the plan is to run 100 rounds or so through it tomorrow and see what it likes. From what Ive read, the pigs dont like the Hornady 103 gr ELD-X. I’ll post a report and if anyone has suggestions, let me know. Ultimately we are looking at an LPVO/clip on thermal set up. I run a AGM Rattler 640 on mine and have a separate setup with LPVO.  Her biggest pig. 297 lbs, 110 yards, 308 bolt.

Initial break in went well. Last group with the Frontier 108 gr was a hair under an inch with the cheap Vortex. I installed a spare thermal my friend has, switched to the ELD-X 103 gr and 2 shots later she was ready to go. Had a sounder of 5 on a feeder and wife got a double from 120 yards!
