This is my first PCC and it's in 9mm. It is a Palmetto barrel and handguard, and a RRA bolt. There is a mag adapter that slides up into the mag well and has a single screw that goes into the top to lock it in place; there are no markings on it. When the bolt is manually locked back, or if the upper is tilted forward and closed on a loaded Glock pattern mag; two things happen. 1- the bolt drags on the mag, and 2- despite the bolt drag, the gun functions. I ran two extended mags with 25rda each and it ran perfectly. There is no last shot bolt hold open. When the upper is closed on the lower, the magazine will not click into place. The mag needs to travel another 16th or 8th of an inch upward to lock into place. This is not possible with any of my mags, loaded or unloaded.
