I still need an FRT for: Sig 556 G36 (not the trash that's out now) AK 3 position Scar 16 (AS designs, hopefully soon) Bren 2 (Nexus Firearms, hopefully soon) ACR This would please me greatly |

1. Somehow, an FG42 reproduction designed with a 3 position FRT from the getgo. Make it compatible with the Lafette type ground mount tripod. My body (and 8mm stash) is ready. 2. Large frame AR. With all the variability and incompatibility these platforms have, it would likely need to be manufacturer-specific or a complete gun. Still, I want one for science. |

Not an FRT per se, but I'd quite like to see the planned grip and lever arrangement that's said to be in the works for the ASD MP5/MP5K aluminum lower. It's supposed to bring it in line with the appearance of the Leber V2 (while retaining the superior durability of a machined aluminum lower). That's my only complaint about the ASD lower: The mofo just ain't much to look at, lol. If they make a grip/overlay and HK-style lever combination that approximates the Leber V2 and, by extension, a factory lower, that would be awesome. Obviously, the ARHK comes the closest to a factory MP5 appearance. But I'm difficult and want my S3G trigger and AR ergonomics -- but I'd like to do it without looking like the ugly girl at the dance. Is that too much to ask? |

If I had the opportunity to redesign a gun from the ground up to basically be perfect for an FRS host, I don't think I could make something that integrates as well as the Scarc does with all the scars out there. |

BAR, hands down. Seek to 4:30. The slow fire is ok, but normal fire rate is best I think. I have fired a real (not semi only) one before and yes it is that fun. Browning BAR |

I REALLY wish someone would offer an FRT for the EL MANUFACTURING American SAR 180/275!!! A .22 LR that has up to 275 rounds.

| I’d love to see a 3-position device for a Gen 1 M&P because (i) the fully pre-cocked striker would allow FRT function without the brutal trigger slap common to the Glock, and (ii) the World is awash with PD trade-in Gen 1 M&Ps at give-away prices. I could live with an M2.0 version if I had to. |

Uzi AK - one that actually works, not just a pile of parts that needs endless amounts of tinkering to get working. Masterpiece Arms MPA30 - I know there's the Twitch, but again something that actually works and is reliable. Too many reports of OOBs and malfunctions with the Twitch. |

Especially with the mags they make now. You kids don’t know how good ya got it. We had 25 round duramags (HA) that split down the middle every single time, every one did and it was not the kind of plastic that likes to be glued. So painters tape around the feed lips. We also had these teardrop clear drum mags you wound up. They worked. They sucked. And an AK trigger that doesn’t physically abuse me would be dope…now that 7.62 is still so cheap. I’m also sort of large frame AR shopping (…probably LMT). I have a SFAR. One of my favorite guns from design to ergonomics, weight to power, it shoots great…but it is also a bad gun fundamentally in execution. Trigger kicker fits right in…never tried it…not a fan of the two position deal in the first place, and I think the thing might shake itself apart. Originally Posted By triode: APC9 Yes please. I remember the wood and steel, and racing the Chief on who could run them the fastest. |

I’m sure it could have been some other type modified to slam fire…but assuming it was unmodified, that’s certainly the most well known (only one I know of lol). |

M1 Carbine. Take that old commercial Plainfield of my father's and cut at 13" then move the front sight back. Put one of those big funnel flash hiders on it for an "advisor's carbine' as in the early years of VN. |
