My Tavor's optic was (once again, sorry buddy) stolen to get put on a different build. It was a UH1, which I thought fit the Tavor's use case as under 200 yards, and really just a range toy. I have had this optic and a T2 on this gun and would like to try something else. So Im looking for a 'fun' optic to use but still fairly reliable, hopefully under $500. Maybe a PA Prism? Just go used Eotech? And I got a t2, UH1, NX8, Acog, so kinda all the bases but like some variety |

I used an E O Tech 512 for several years but decided to try a Vortex Strike Eagle Gen II 1-6x24 LPVO in a Vortex CM 202 mount. I like the LPVO on my Tavor SAR where I tend to do fewer CQB drills since age is catching up to me. Palmetto State Armory has the Vortex Strike Eagle II 1-6 on close out sale for $180 since Vortex released the Venom 1-6x24. I first used a Strike Eagle early Generation 1-6x24 but bought the Gen II on sale and put it on my Tavor. I put the E O Tech 511 on my 12” 6.5 Grendel AR-15 pistol.
