Really glad to see OD green return to the Magpul magazine line. MCB looks interesting, but I don't really need a third shade of brown. I'm curious if MCB matches some standard color, like the USMC coyote? Magpul - New Colors Article from Soldier Systems: Magpul Introdces New Colors |

| As I said in the other thread on the subject, I'll probably pick up a couple OD mags, but I can't say I'm thrilled with the addition of MCB. Seems like it'll complicate the mag supply situation. Locally, windowed MCT mags are out of stock as often as not, and I've never seen MCT .308 mags in stock in a store front, only on line. I an imagine ODG and MCB will be much the same way. |

Several vendors have added the new colors to their websites but are still showing them as out of stock. I an imagine ODG and MCB will be much the same way. MCT is on contract so that’s likely why it remains. This is good in my eyes. B5 Coyote is about perfect for any environment and looks great. I’m actually surprised it took Magpul this long to jump on the bandwagon. Just need Lancer to do the same with some translucent mags too. |

| Just recieved an email flyer from Magpul. They have MCB furniture finally. Saved me from dying a Sand furniture set. |
I hated going to weddings. All the grandmas would poke me and say "You're next". They stopped that when I started doing it to them at funerals.

Attached File Attached File Fifty shades of brown isn't just for FN! It's definitely the old Bushmaster ACR coyote brown that I loved. Sometimes also known as field drab - I've painted so much stuff in Aervoe Field Drab over the years, and guard my last spray cans jealously! Compared to the B5 coyote, it's maybe a little warmer. My lighting here is really bright but in more "normal" light they match okay enough. Closer than FDE for sure. MCT is the middle ground between MCB and FDE though leaning much closer to the coyote than the earth. |
