I recently picked up a new rifle bag. A Savior Specialist Covert 34” for $120. It’s a good bag for that price point. Now I come to this same issue of trying to figure out how much is appropriate to spend on things like pouches. I don’t know if HSGI is still cool, I’m old but, a single rifle taco is $48. A covered taco is $60. So, two covered gen 2.0 hsgi tacos are worth the same as the bag I bought. Knowing that, what brands of rifle mag pouches am I looking for on Amazon? I needed three or four mag pouches or a triple shingle. |

| Basically agree with the above. Consider what you will do with the mags once you get to the range. Maybe just a range bag to hold your chest pack and or loaded belt is the better use of money. I find I don’t use pouches on my bag enough. Usually tools and a sling are it. |
