Well, I've seen threads designated to the Carbine and Rifle lengths. However, I have yet to see a thread devoted to my beloved midlengths. Post some pics of your midlength rifles in action and still shots. I'm waiting for my accessories to come in for my RRA Elite CAR A4. As soon as they arrive, my pics will be posted as well.

Mine's on the last page. I would put it here, but everyone has already seen it and I have no new pics.

2.5" 66.  But a 66 is pretty much just a stainless 19 as I understand it.  This one has a pinned barrel so it must have been made before 1983.  I bought it because it was cheap ($200) but it's really grown on me.  It has a great trigger and it's really fun to shoot.

Usually when I take it to the range, everyone stops and stares after I fire it the first time.  With hot loads it's incredibly loud.  Of course that just makes it more fun.

Actually, I did look. I did not hyphenate the word Midlength, so that thread did not come up. But thank you for repeating what was already said by another member. I am so sorry to have inconvenienced you by starting another thread for great pictures. Seriously, is there any harm in having this thread? From some of the posts I've read, some people have made modifications since they posted on that thread. Here's a fresh thread for them to show off their new goodies.

ETA - FYI the last post in the other mid-length thread was made a whole two days ago. No wonder you couldn't find it as searching all the way back to the 25th, Sept must be tough for non-paying members?

Okay, no need start insulting each other. If you want to resort to name-calling, why don't you do so in private by IMing me. It sounds to me like you are the one who cannot take a little criticism. I don't believe I resorted to any derogatory remarks about you in posting what I did. If you wanted to inform me of the other thread all you had to do was say "Hey, this thread has already been done, here's the link." I believe that we are all here for the same reason; we love our rifles and our freedom to have these. So what do you say we call a truce and not resort to comments that belittle our character?

Why thanks, I designed it myself.  he
It was made by a great guy and knifemaker in Mississippi.  His name is Gene Ingram.  You can see more of his work here:

Gene Ingram knives

Here's a couple better pictures of it, in the one with the AR it was a bit out of focus.

OK, I found one that I haven't posted 30 times already The only thing different between this one an the one in the linked middy pic thread is the addition of one hell of a kick-ass sticker to the EOTech

BTW, BKSinAZ, you create an account with an online photo hosting site (I use photobucket.com) and upload your pics off your computer onto their site. You then take the IMG tag below the pic and copy and paste it into the body of your reply. Clear as mud

They are M4 style. I cannot remember where I got them but Cav Arms sells them -they are called C6 handguards.

Finally got some pics of my new Sabre/Talon/Samson 1/7 chrome lined midlengths.  They both shoot great and are definitely high quality.  I've also put the new Ameetec Arms chromed bolt carriers in each of them and boy are they nice to clean!  Not to mention the extra "bling" factor

This one is my wife's.  She liked the first one I got so much and took it, so I had to get another one

And here's mine with the Vltor clubfoot.  I really like these stocks.
