| LaRue had UDE Lancers for some time. When they had a sale on them about 2 or 3 years ago, I ordered 10 of them. Wish I had gotten more of them. I like those ones a lot. |

I've started lightly hazing lancer on IG to produce new mag colors. I dont think its helped, but if any of you want to jump in with me please feel free to do so. They seemed like they were on a roll and I was buying new colors a month, let's keep this party going! |

I’m picky, but I’d really like to see them color match the baseplates to the translucent body color like they did with the older colors (robin’s egg blue, purple, some red). I can understand that they don’t want to do that for special runs for a particular vendor (like GMW), since it costs more, but for colors that are going to be part of Lancer’s regular line, it seems like they could swing it. I just think it looks much better, personally. |

From what I've seen the blue raspberry mags aren't available yet; I expect that gunmag whorehouse will send out emails when they are. Haven't heard that about the sour apple flavor being discontinued. I'll probably pick up another coulple at my LGS that carries them. |

Certainly inventory would be easier at the factory, but once they go out to dealers like GMW, it's transparent to them because the baseplates are part of the magazine, sealed in the package. The matching baseplates just look much better to me. Attached File At one point, they were making the red mags with matching baseplates, but they reverted back to black baseplates a year or so ago. Attached File The baseplates that GMW sells separately are a much brighter red than the magazine color. I don't think they were ever intended to match - probably made for color coding magazines. Attached File As I implied above, I think they made matching baseplates for the colors they were selling as part of their own line, but when GMW, Big Daddy, and others asked Lancer to produce special colors as "exclusives" for sale through limited vendors, Lancer just put black baseplates on those. |
