Does anyone know if a lmt quad 308 upper will fit on a Mega Maten lower? I would like to snag a factory upper from lmt. Mega maten does have the slant cut so not 100 percent sure. Thanks! |
| My expectation is that the upper and lower should fit and the rear receiver pin should close, I'm not sure on the front pivot pin diameter for the Mega. The front pin on the LMT is larger than say Stag or Armalite, I remember having to ream the front holes on each of those uppers to fit the pin in my mars lower. I don't have archive search privilege anymore but there used to be a compatibility chart. If you are going with the LMT upper their mars lower is way mo better than the Mega, the MWS is too if you can live w/o the shooting finger bolt release but that is my favorite feature. |
