You have a metal point under pressure scraping the pin. Nothing to worry about. You can lube the slot if you'd like when you lube the pin. |

| I would say it's normal over time. The several AR's I have that mostly live in break down bags have the most wear on the pivot pin hole area since they are get broke down and put together all the time. The wear is is just cosmetic and does not affect function or how tight the upper and lower fits together. At least that's my experience. |
