Never seen this packaging .... and I thought i was well versed in mags. Seem to have NSN and cage number , but never remember seeing any of these issued. And never saw this color of packaging. Thought they were fake at first . But seem legit . Any history on these. Friend just picked up 3 or 4 of them and am just curious.

M Revs (M2). After moving forward from the Gen 1. M Rev included the NSN numbered/marked magazines , only available in black was my understanding. I've not seen them in any other color. Magpul statement circa 2012: "M2/MOE Mags are MRev mags that use the newer material and processing. (this change over happened about 9 months ago)." |

The foliage, FDE, and OD were never called MOE, they were discontinued prior. |
