I am thinking about building a HK416 SS 10.4 Upper. I want to find a 80% ar15 lower with the HK style Wide Flared Magwell and to get anodized and get the white HK Logo and all the correct makings for a SEMI-AUTO Clone lower receiver Lasered to all sides of the lower Receiver.

Justin at cncguns.com had 10% lowers and that was the closest you could get at the time.

After he got screwed over by American Spirit arms and his 45 grease gun lower I haven't seen any more activity on his forums since.

I looked a lot of places and didn't have any luck. I eventually just bought a Santan Tactical Lower as to me that looked like the "billet" version of the HK with its distinct magwell. Also ambi. YMMV.
