Nobody has explained to me what is the reason for having a non Milspec trigger with a FRT?

Maybe they have a 3-position FRT and still appreciate having a good trigger when shooting in normal semi-auto.

Most of the modern FRT's are three position giving you the option for standard semi auto as well. Why wouldn't want you want a good trigger pull?

No I guess I really dont.

Out of all the ar type rifles I own, only 2 arent a milspec trigger.
I have a 6.5 grendel with a cmc single stage and a 6 arc with a larue mbt 2 or whatever it is.

Yeah, but a 2-position does make bothering much about the pull seem sort of pointless ime...so I can understand them not "getting" it before they thought about that.
