Alright gents, the man I bought the rail system from offered to sell me a bushnell HWS gen 1 with the original box and sunshade for $150. Here’s a pic of it with the upper. What says the hive? Should I buy it for the build? Honestly to me it looks beautiful.

Might have a Redi-Mag for you too, want to try it out on a faux dissy first though. I’ll post that up for post 2006, seems appropriate.

Would it be sacreligous to put a 10.5-12.5” (with an SBA4 brace) or 16” 7.62x39 barrel on the A2 with the A.R.M.S. handguard? I already have another 16” 5.56 A2 upper, so depending on y’all’s input will determine whether this handguard and upper will get a x39 barrel, or I’ll transplant the barrel from my other A2 and put a x39 barrel on there.

Well here she is built up. My Bushnell HWS, Redi Mag, and LMT charging handle are on their way. This is my only old school cool build and I’m happy with the way it’s turning out. Any recommendations for it? I was thinking a grippod just for looks but I don’t know. Any suggestions and thoughts are appreciated! |

Sorry for the kind of crappy lighting. I didn't realize how dim they were when I took them.
Just got this PRI rail. The STR stock is temporary for now, I think I'm eventually going to go with a CTR or Sopmod. I'm not going full clone but I am thinking about picking up a PSA M4 marked lower for it. Attached File This guys finally wearing an A2 stock. I think its ready for paint now.
