My GWOT inspired parts box M4 is complete. Zeroed the Irons and Dot. Confirmed to 300. This is my 3rd BCM M4 upper I’ve owned and they are all gassed “vigorously.” Used an H buffer today. I will try a H2/3 next time. Pretty happy with the accuracy. I’ve got an FDE M600u that will finish this out.

What FSB cutout Rail should I get for this basic rifle? Starting to focus more on useful rifles and reliable rifles instead of variants. I’m thinking used, with either an MRE, Ris II FSB, or if I can get a salty Geissele for a good price, a dremel job 9” MK4. I also have a Redi Mag I need to get the small parts for. I think it’ll go on here too. Already got a spare B5 for the stock. It’ll probably end up with a LPVO, but that’s a talk for another time. Attached File Put the scope on for a hog hunt, may put a small red dot on instead, maybe put the scope on the above rifle. But does the other rifle get any love in here? Attached File |

Since I can't find any ACOG pics in the wild I suspect I'll have to go the Short Dot route, which is way more than I'd like to spend right now  time to either knock out the honey-do list for brownie points or more drastic measures like offload my 308 build. This train is a-rollin' and the price is only getting steeper. Fantastic.Still kicking the idea around of saying fuck it and slapping an ACOG on there, but I don't know if I can bastardize my boy like that. |

I've never seen one on the EE that I can remember. |
