I saw those when I was shopping for an in/lb driver. Are they worth it? I got this one for maybe 50 bucks. It seems to work fine. Attached File Attached File Definitely do RTFM whatever one you get. I have the FixIt stick with the torque thing. I also have the Wheeler one that you can dial in and it clicks when it reaches the torque limit. Personally I like how the fixit stick has a t-wrench and I like how the Wheeler has a torque limit on it. I would recommend it. Hard to say which set is the best. If you have bits at home already, then you'll probably want to get the torque limit one and the t-handle. Looking into it myself, I thought it was difficult to tell which one I would want because all of them have something I like but seems to be missing some. So I just use bits at home with the torque rating. I bought the cheap one like I think it was 185 or somewhere arund that. Bought it eons ago, and it never worked well at the range. Yeah, a Ruger sfar 308. Once I hit the proper torque on the scope mount, it did well. |

For what it’s worth… I love my fix it stick tool kit, keep one in my range bag and it gets used frequently. I have (had) a wheeler fat wrench. Had an issue where a badger ordnance mount was shifting on the rail. Badger ordnance claimed that 9/10 times when a user has issues with their parts loosening or stripping, it’s due to a wheeler wrench Once I moved to a vortex wrench for my workbench and fixit sticks for the field, I haven’t had any issues |

I like my set and I've used it for a lot more than just AR stuff. I already have a fair number of tools so didn't need the bigger kit. I barely use most of the attachments that are specifically for rifle stuff because they're not as good as dedicated tools. The attachment for tightening the castle nut is straight up useless. The form factor is good. I don't really need a click setting for the mini-torque wrench. I just don't turn it past the torque rating the manufacturer says a part needs. |

I have a Wheeler Fat wrench and a Utica 0-30 in/lb torque screwdriver. I put both on the tprque anayzer at work- the Utica is dead nuts through the entire range and the Fat Wrench is +1.5 throughout. Good enough for my needs. |
