@panzersargeant Posted a pic of his new Sabre last month. Finally got mine set up. PSA Sabre 10 billet in 308. Ral8000 furniture and painted the scope to match. A little luck in that i have a moss green buffer tube to match the receivers. I am happy with the way it turned out. Now just need PSA to drop their .30 cal AAC suppresor in FDE.

Looks good. I like the slider pull. Now I gotta go get a protein bar because that scope color gives me a craving for french vanilla.  They’ve coma a long ways. I bought a PA-10 complete lower years ago for $159. Lots of guys here were complaining about them because the BCG would hit the tube. One fix was to drop in quarters. I used a surplus A1 stock. Never did get a handle for it. Lost an auction for a KAC carry handle for like $400. May try to get a pic tomorrow but it’s not nearly as cool as yours. |

Looks good. What scope is that and what intended uses do you have planned for it? It’s the ARFcom way to needle an OP about his/her caliber selection if you reply, for example, that you intend to use it for long range. Then all the 6.5 Creedmoor adherents can advise you of the error of your ways.

I have the very 1st PSA 12.5" made (they offered the 12.5" uppers on the Space Cannon 308 meme lower BECAUSE i had this one, that is all way back in the PSA meme lower thread) that i hunt with:  For this rifle, I wanted a 308 that would go 600 yards. I didnt want creedmore as I like 308 and it fits my applications for hunting and shooting. I wanted more magnification than the 1-8 i use on my 12.5" but didn't want anything with a 50mm bell. Basically I wanted a MPVO in the 2-12 or 4-14 range. I looked really hard at the PA 4-14 compact but this scope I got used cheaper and I preferred the 2 bottom end over the 4. |
