We got to take it out to the range for a couple hundred rounds yesterday and it runs very well. FRS from the Factory Some quick Specs: -Atrius Forced Reset Selector -16" 4150 CrMov Socom Profile Barrel with a 1:8 Twist -Mid Length Gas -H2 Buffer -15" MLok Handguard -Breek Arms Warhammer Charging Handle -Weighs about 6.5 Lbs unloaded Were planning to get some more rounds downrange for a full review down the road. |

| At those specs, 1k is a good price. The only thing that would bother me is the selector markings. Why no marking for super safe? I feel like there should be something there. Definitely would not bother me enough not to buy it. If I didn't already have a couple with super safe I would get this one. |

Not sure that spending 1k on a budget rifle with an add on FRT makes economical sense compared to a $500 PSA or whatever with $140 for an Arc Fire V1…. And there have been tons of new AR’s shipping from smaller manufacturers with FRT’s already installed for sale on Gunbroker for a long time. |

Weird they don't state if the bbl is chrome lined or nitrided. Considering that bbl they sell is $90 I'm assuming it's nitrided. That seems like a poor choice for an FRT installed rifle, it would make more sense to equip it with a chrome lined bbl that will actually handle rapid fire/heat way better. |

One Horse is supposedly staffed by former Anderson employees (get it/"one horse") Of course it is a separate and distinct entity since Ruger bought Anderson. A frt in a rifle built around it supposedly running out of the box is a good idea. I have two frt rifles, one runs (without a silencer) the other doesn't. I haven't taken the time to swap around buffers and springs to get it reliable. I have a couple of other FRTs that I haven't installed. It can take a pretty big and expensive pile of ammo to just see if an FRT is reliable. I do like ripping FRTs, but it is time consuming. |
