It passed all its checks. 16” mid gas FSB, Atrius, rise 140 h2 carbine spring So, is it gonna work, blow up or need more spring? |

There's a good chance it will work. More spring is not automatically a good thing with FRTs. They increase bolt speed, which exacerbates bolt (carrier) bounce. Only use as much spring as you need. Your H2 might work, might not. Go shoot it to find out. Make sure it's a real H2, with three sliding weights, two of them tungsten and one steel in an aluminum body. When was your Rise trigger made? |

I have seen it posted here, reddit, etc. I can appreciate that you notice trends (I believe this), but not everyone is as reserved with their conclusions. |

I just got in one of their buffers. If I can get up early enough tomorrow morning to beat the sun up I'm going to try it out in several different rifles in different configurations (Gas systems, FRT triggers, etc.). Attached File |

The housing and the hammer arent right for a 140. It should work with an arcfire or a ss , but not an atrius |

I’ll have to wait on trying it out, I’ve got Gisselles in my arc-fires, and I don’t have a normal SS. I don’t suppose AS is going to sell the safety/SS lever part separately from the trigger…but of a bummer having these cut triggers laying around. |

It didn't create any problems and did solve problems where the 3-ounce buffer wasn't enough. One thing I tried that was a failure for me was the Odin Heavy Adjustable Carbine Buffer. I thought having a buffer I could change and test with would be great, but I could set it as the same weight as one I had that was working and it would create problems, put the original in and the rifle would run fine. Anyone have this issue? I have several AZR 3pos, A Triggered Company Disrupter, an AS Designs ARC Fire with a Geissele SSA... and a FRT-15L30 from a company who's name should not be spoken. The AZR 3Pos will run great in a mill spec rifle. A 20" A2 is just install and shoot it. Shorter barrels with less dwell times need a heaver buffer. Greate price on this one. It will not work in the Colts I have and the upper need to be cut to mill spec. This one seems bullet proof and my impression is that it would be the most durable. The disrupter runs fine in FRT but its trigger really kind of sucks. Gritty and will even stick half way it you let off before the brake. Possible shooting it more would help. The AS Designs Arc Fire & Geissele SSA trigger runs like a scalded cat and is of course great at single shots. The FRT-15L3 is a good trigger and works fine but it has trigger slap and is expensive and a mill spec selector is $35 extra. I have a Atrius (G-Lever) on the way to try out... I expect it will run like the AS Designs. They look very similar if not exactly the same. Attached File |

The cam and the lever being one piece is not as good as the clutch design. |

It really is a significant step down in pretty much every respect. It has a thinner less substantial lever, requires a spring to move the SS lever around…the AS is pretty obviously a much more robust and more intelligent design. |

Well, I received the Atrius, installed it and it was dead trigger in semi unless you moved the safety back just a bit past the detent, then it would fire. Looks like the detent pocket was machined a bit out of alignment. It also didn't "feel" as good in semi, like it was interfering with the G$ trigger from operating correctly. Didn't have this problem with the AS. Requested a return. Attached File Attached File |
