FOLIAGE GREEN AR PICTURE THREAD (Page 6 of 11)
PSA M4 16" with a B5 Systems Bravo stock and Umbrella Corp grip in foliage green. Optic is an EOTech 512 and the rail is a Midwest Industries Gen2 2 piece. I plan on actually cutting down the FSB and getting rid of the two piece and going to a one piece handguard, possibly a keymod. This build is far from complete. |

I just ordered a pile of magpul foliage green plastic. (Ctr, grip, front and rear sights, vfg, and rail covers)
I'm joining the fog clan! I just bought a media blasting cabinet and retrofitted a old smoker to be my drying oven, so I'm not sure what to do with the receivers and mi quad rail.... The upper is a cosmetic blem, so I need to at least black it out. I was thinking of a grey, or tan, but not many go away from black on this subject |

They've had mine since Jan 9th, and they still weren't back so I called them up and drove over there Friday and picked them up. IDK if they were already engraved or if they did it in the 2 hours it took me to get over there, but they didn't put the blackening agent on them until I got there.
ETA: The engraving is top notch, but 2 months is a long time to wait for engraving. |

I don't remember exactly how long my wait time was, but I remember not being happy with it at all. They blamed the excess time on employees taking vacation for Christmas, then they had to go to SHOT show, then they had a backlog of lowers to engrave when they got back. IIRC my wait was close to 2 months. And when I recieved my lower there were sanding marks around my engraving. It looked like they screwed up the spelling, ground it down with some 80 grit, and engraved it again. I will not use them again. |

Stag lefty upper, Stag 2nd amendment lower, PSA lpk, Vltor IMOD, Tango down pistol grip and vert grip, caa quad rail, Smith enterprise vortex flash hider, YHM buis, GG&G flashlight mount, ASP triad flashlight, and a el cheapo truglo triton red dot. I've got a Nikon M223 1-4 in the mail though. Can't wait to get it on there |
Posted this one earlier, but this seemed like a better place to post foliage green builds. Just a little something I slammed together. Magpul furniture. Rail is some no name that I liked the look of, so I Cerakoted it and all of the lowers small parts for the build. 16" Rainier Arms Ultra Match barrel with a PWS 556 brake. Timney trigger in a Quintine Defense lower topped with a Cross Hills Technologies side charging upper. Nothing fancy.

Sigh. I need to get my stamps going. My gun is at Noveske being cerakoted as we speak. I didn't go for the Magpul Foliage, I wanted it a shade slightly greener. Went with H248 Forest Green. Can't wait! |

So here's my creation after waiting nearly 11 months...a Noveske Johnny Rifle inspired build (have one of theirs on order so didn't want to have two of the same thing)...
