The M16APoor Dissipator.  Attached File The B King’s rails are excellent stuff. They mount solid just with the delta ring but also have thicker bolts at each corner as well. Would definitely recommend, and especially at their price. $87, page 87 of this thread on ArfCom, lovers of the number 87. |

There's been some discussion recently about Del-Ton and whether or not they have gone out of business, but their site is still up and they are offering their 16" rifle gas uppers for $145! The barrel is not chrome lined, but mine runs well now that I got the buffer weight dialed in. |

Show with my 5.56 NATO social work carbine. The upper is a Tromix barrel and bolt, Bear Creek side-charger upper receiver and bolt carrier, carbine gas under the Magpul handguards, and Daniel Defense rear sight. Lower is Aero Precision with a lower parts kit from them, too. Only lost one detent, but had a backup. Larue straight bow two-stage trigger. ARFX fixed stock. I didn't have a trigger guard, so I found a file online and printed one out. Interference fit for now, but I will fasten it later. Best, JBR |

OG 1994 AWB goodness. Yes, a True Dissipator, from Maine Bushmaster, made during the bad old days. 1/9 twist HBAR with carbine gas. Warts and all. I walked into the gun store and walked out with a time capsule, unfired, in the case. They never even mounted the slings. I don't think I'm even going to thread it. I put this together mostly out of parts I had laying around. I did buy the C7 upper as I didn't want to use the Colt one I already had and swapped a black Magpul stock for this green one. I'll figure out an optic sooner or later. Attached File |

I took it out to the range for a test fire. It runs fine on brass case ammo. Cheap steel case crap doesn't have enough oomph to work with the rifle length gas system and buffer. No big deal. Oh, and I realized I forgot something when I got to the range. Attached File |
