Pew Pew Tactical Best Ar-15 ambi lower receiver. The MK2 lower got editors pick for best Ambi lower. We have put a lot of work into it. A lot of effort has gone into maximizing quality of the parts. This year we added capacity to help meet demand. The AR's are very high quality at this point. The factory rifles now also have a special upper receiver, notch and tab anti-rotation rail systems with anti-pull off feature. The rail dehorning cuts are mirrored on the upper, and the uppers have contiguous picatinny rails on top- no missing notch right where you might need it to mount your optic. The rifles have many options at the point of order- 2 position adjustable gas, gas pocket BCG's color options, muzzle device options, furniture color options etc. They are limited production custom rifles, built to order, capable of being configured to your preference.

Mega makes some nice parts, but that's not ambi, and it's not forged. I like the soft edges of a forging, and the understanding it's stronger than one machined from plate. I had the pleasure of speaking to Amber and Ben today about what cerakote colors would closely resemble terra brown anodize. They were extremely helpful. I ended up buying a MK1 terra brown upper off GB and foregoing my cerakote plan for a forward-assist absent upper. I'm going to be cerakoting a rail system anyway at some point. These lowers are definitely on the top of my buy list. |

I've used the MK2 style cross bar ambi bolt catch/release and personally find it lacking. I'll take the LMT mirrored control layout. Easier to actuate and even the reviewer of the article mentioned they had an easier time using the LMT style ambi bolt catch/release over the others. Glad to see more and more manufacturers jumping on the full ambi game. |

I'd need to sling a MK2 and walk around with a plate carrier for a bit to give a more affirmed opinion on that. The release looks a bit more exposed than I personally care for but it could still possibly work. I've never had an accidental mag ejection on my LMT MARS while slung, or issues using the magazine release when using my left hand. |

I really like the ADM so far. I’m a right handed shooter so it was never a requirement for me though I train left handed occasionally for familiarity Attached File |

It's nearly identical.  I forgot to put a picture together of the right side with the Centurion sandcutter carrier.  I saw these duckbill grips on GB a few months ago, and decided to try some out on a couple rifles. Doublestar sold them to me, and considering they're local, it made it easy to buy the rest once I was happy. I ended up with 22
