Are there any three position FRTs that work with modern Colt Lowers? Fortunately the pre-ban Colt lowers allow Atrius safeties to be installed. The bolt carrier and trigger also need to be changed however, that is easy, and a good idea to swap out even without FRT use. |

As mentioned there is a RB that works, trigger kicker works (but is not three position yet), I thought I remembered claiming the LAT would work…don’t quote me. |

I have not used these personally... https://datummachine.com/product/forced-reset-cassette-colt-large-pin-sleeves/ Make sure you need large pins for your Colt before you buy this... I have a Colt lower that uses small pins. From Datum's web site: These work in the following FRTs: DTT FRT-15L3 Rare Breed FRT-15L3 and FRT15-C3 Partisan Disruptor I HAVE USED the regular sized Datum Machine sleeves for .154" pins, and those work great! |

Just looking at the cassette style triggers, I would think they would work. Surprised there aren’t more guys using these lowers, especially since this is clone land. |
| I have a pre-ban (circa 2002) Colt 6920 with the large trigger pins and sear-block lower. Not the old school pinned block, but the internal sear block. I'm running the RB FRT15-C3 with the DTM Colt Large Pin Sleeves with Spring Pins. The gun looks and runs like a real-deal M4. Couldn't be happier. |
