Going through some spare parts and ran across this bcg with 5 dots stamped on top and the bolt is stamped W.. over MPI the carrier is chrome lined. I'm thinking maybe RRA but not for sure.

Not sure about the carrier - those dots are QC marks from some part of the forging/etc process. The bolt itself with a W is usually Windham Weaponry (sucessor to bushmaster).
