Just picked up a used '06 M4A3 Patrolman. Seems to be in excellent condition. Hope to get to the range soon.

I didn't realize it untill I looked at this thread, but this is the Bushmaster I bought as a ban style fixed stock AK brake 14.5" during the Clinton administration.
The lower has a SBR Tax Stamp, which is one reason it hasn't been used with the Bushmaster A2 upper in a long time. The only original parts remaining with the actual lower itself is the mag release button, and take down pins. It was redone with a LMT lower parts kit including the LMT 2-stage trigger from Denny and a Bushmaster supplied ambi safety. I changed the upper with a heavy 1/7 11.5" Bushmaster barrel assembly from GDS (fantastic service, support, and advice), running a CMT FA bolt carrier and a LMT bolt.. The stock is even a Bushmaster supplied commercial tube size unit. Tammy really likes it as a "Home Defense" SBR, especially since the Dissy bayo I had made for her Dissapator fits this beautifully. So now, when somebody asks me if I had a Bushmaster, I can show them this.

what do you guys think? This is not only my first ar, but my first gun of any kind. As of now its my only gun but im looking to find a GERMAN k-98 mouser.
Bushmaster XM15-E2S Optics Ready Carbine Bushnell Holosight (Newer Version) Primary Arms 5x Magnifier w/ QD mount Mako QR1 Rail (ya haha i know but to be honest its rock solid... but i might pick up that troy that someone linked on ebay if someone can verify if its real...even though this mako works great) Beamshot1000 laser (i know its cheap but honestly i didnt wanna spend a lot of money on a laser. I feel id probably never use it and this one actually keeps zero and shines farther than id ever need) Random 30 round pre-ban mag i found at Calverton gun range i took one of the pads off for the pic but usually i have another pad across the rest of the rail on the side of the laser Im not really a fan of vertical grips, but i think the next thing im going to get are Troy flip up BIUS, I think im guna go with that Di-Optic one it looks sick |

I just tried a little Break-Free lube stuff and wiped it a little here and there where i saw the red smudges and then went back over it with gun scrubber. Cleared it up perfectly. Hope this helps you

love the site guys, just registered today......thought i would share my newest build.....

Made a few improvements to my XM15.
Magpul AFG, Magpul MIAD, Magpul CTR, Magpul BAD, and an 11" LaRue rail with a LaRue low profile gas block. Not pictured, is a complete BCM M16 bolt carrier group. The Magpul BUS, rail covers, and pmags are holdovers from before. She isn't done quite yet.
