| Hello all, this is my first post and i am looking for some help finding a Brownell's or H&R retro waffle magazine for my Colt 601 clone build. I have looked everywhere online with no luck locating one of these magazines. I read Brownell's stopped production but not sure about H&R. Any suggestions on where else to look would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

There are very few independent customer reviews. Reputable gun parts retailers usually have years of forum discussions, Reddit posts, and customer experiences. Multiple website reputation services rate it as high risk or advise exercising extreme caution. While those services aren't definitive, it's notable that they broadly agree. For firearms parts specifically, I'd be especially cautious because scam sites often: list hard-to-find or discontinued items, offer prices that are just a little better than everyone else, accept only irreversible payment methods (Zelle, Cash App, crypto, etc.), or never actually ship the product. Looking at your link specifically A "Brownells AR-15 20-round waffle magazine" is an odd item to find on a random outdoor store. Brownells normally sells their own products through established dealers or directly. |

The NoDak, Brownells, and H&R waffles are all made on the same dies Harlan and I had set up back in the early 2000's. We used an original Armalite marked mag as the sample. Got it off gunbroker for $400. |
