| Anyone have any experience with either? Every high end rail I have, LMT included heats up like crazy after a mag or two. So i'm looking for something that will remain cool and I stumbled upon these two dual layered rails. |

Just put a heat wrap on it like Burnproof or Manta wraps or their tape or something like it. Or a bipod I have a raider rail i put some rail scales on and it does stay a good bit cooler longer but it's still aluminum. Clamshells will get hot as shit after a couple mags too. |

VFG may not be what the cool kids are using these days, but it simply works with hot rifle. It is very helpful at keeping the rifle pulled into the shoulder. This rifle was fucking hot and it took at least 20 minutes for the can to get to safe temp. I bought a Ryobi battery op mini fan for future use.
