I currently have a couple of their endo mags for my 9mm with a CMMG RDB upper, but was wanting to pick up some more mags. I see they now offer a exomag, which is a dedicated 9mm mag for standard AR lowers. They are about the same price as the endomag, but you do not have to buy a Pmag to put it in. So you are already money ahead. I was thinking of giving these a try, but wanted to see if anyone here has any and what your opinions are of them. Quality, reliability and longevity. I am also debating between the 32 round or the 40 round. I know sometimes longer/larger capacity mags can be more unreliable. So I was just curious. |

| I don't have any but I have been wondering how reliable the CMMG FE (Fixed Ejector) MK4 9mm (pistol) is with the Endomag 9mm Pmag conversion inserts. What has been your experience with them? Does your CMMG have the fixed ejectorr? I have seen hardly any feedback on them. |

I have one endomag bought years ago with the included ejector. It has ran thousands of rounds and never had an issue. Recently I bought a exomag 30rd'er to try out and it has been fine. I never really load it to a full 30rd though. Just range plinking. I have heard fully loaded 40rd'ers bulge or have. I have no experience with that. Id say get one and try it out. eta. I am running a blockback AR9 with a mil-spec lower. |

I started out with the old spring ejector system (as I built this gun years ago) but started having the ejection issues from the crappy spring. I now have the new fixed ejector upper and it works perfectly fine with the endomags. |

| I tried the Endomags initially and didn't really like them. Later I found Mean had the Exomags so I ordered 1 20 rd & a 32rd mag to try. They work great so me and my brother ordered more for our Bear Creek Arsenal uppers. They feed perfect and fit exactly like a Pmag. So I'm sold on them. |
| I've been using 40rd exomags in a RDB 9mm ar15, and they function perfectly. They are larger than needed for semi-auto, so I ordered some 32s, which are backordered. Someone needs to make a "Lula" type loader for these, as loading them is a PITA. |

I found the first one on makers world, but the comments say it does not work with the ejectorless mags, will not work with the endo mags, and will not work with the CMMG ones. Same, as I would have loved for it to work, as I could print one myself. That speed bee one claims to work with all of them. But I wish I could find a print file for something like it. |

So since I found the first one on makers world, I went ahead and printed it out. I just wanted to see exactly why it would not work with the endo mags and ejectorless mags. I tested my endo mag and found the tab inside the loader that stops the bullet from going too far forward, is off to the side a little too much, causing it to hit the mag feed lip. I think if I could trim the tab down a little on that side, it would work. I might try seeing if I can get something down in there to trim it. Otherwise I would have to try and figure out how to mod the file in a CAD program and re print. I also finally got a shipping notification for my CMMG order. It should be here this week. So hopefully I can try the mags out this weekend. |

I tried the uni-loader this afternoon, just to see if it worked. I tried it with the #2 spacer with the CMMG mags and it seems to work just fine. I then tried it (with the same shim) with my endo mags I modded for 9x23 and it worked with it ok too. Lastly I tried a MP5 mag (still using the same spacer) and it seemed to work just fine with it as well. So it seems just the one spacer works with all my mags. That should make things a little easier. |

I have an ADM lower, CMMG fixed ejector upper. I have two Exomags that are GTG, one 20 round and one 40 round. I have three 30 round mags that just wouldn't feed reliably and MEAN did not honor their warranty on them. They ghosted me and did not reply to multiple emails. I then continued to support them and bought three endomag 30 round retrofits to PMAGS and two worked, one seems to need a bit of break-in but is mostly working. Total crap shoot. |

Went shooting Sunday. Much dissapointment from my Mean Arms mags. Exomag ... loaded since last time I had it out to play. Now it is a VERY tight squeeze in the magwell. Literally had to physically force it in there. Endomags ... 3 examples, all loaded since last range run. 0 of 3 feed the same AR. Downloaded all three to get joy from the Exomag. I was a believer until Sunday as they'd all ran fine on the previous range trip. |
