 This came new out of a paper/foil lined package. 1967-68 dated. I’ve never seen one c marked. It might just be a random mark but it’s sure looks like a c. |

Colt started marking components with a C around this time period after General Motors and Harrington & Richardson received M16A1 contracts. |
