You have a Document that combines a vast knowledge of firearms, definitions, history and NFA and combined that with common sense and a vast knowledge of legal cases that directly relate to the ATF's shortcomings and political motives concerning their new ''rule''. Even if I removed my personal bias and the basic common sense pertaining to Party and government corruption being the agencies motivating desire for creating their new ''rule'', I'm still convinced.
