| Hey gents. I have an Aero build that’s been fighting me left and right and I finally narrowed it down to the mags. Currently using PMAGS. When I have a full mag the first and second round will not allow the bolt to seat. I download a few rounds and then it works flawlessly. Any thoughts on a fix or is there a better mag out there? |

Well... I have a dozen Aero M5 builds and have never had any issue with various PMags or the factory DPMS metal mags, both ten and twenty round versions. I even have some FDE metal twenty round mags of unknown maker that work just fine. I assume you've tried multiple magazines with the same result? All mags behave in the same manner? My builds are also in various calibers such as .338 Federal, .358 Win, and .243 Win along with .308 Win. Never a feeding or count issue with any combo. |

So...the mag spring shoving the next round into the bottom of the BCG slows down the action enough to keep it OOB? How's your buffer spring? Does the buffer drag in the buffer tube or in the receiver, or is everything working smoothly except the ammo under the BCG? |
I think the hardest thing for good LE working for good agencies to really absorb is that there are whole departments full of exactly the complete fuckheads we rail against here. - vectorsc
