Good day Gents, I have an AR9 with overall length of 25” with Magpul moe grip. Not a fan of current grip. Being so short, I'm curious as to what others run on similar set ups. Drew  |

Moe K2/K2+ is my preference. Little fatter, more vertical, somewhat matches the Glock mag angle. Attached File |

| Not a fan of the Magpul K grips, still have MIADs w/o finger groove on a couple rifles. But I've started using the Wilson Combat/Bravo Company Starburst Gunfighter Grip on many of my ARs, they fit my hand and the angle is comfortable. I don't see any reason to have a different grip on an AR9 vs AR15, just find a grip you're comfortable with and stick with it. |

For my dedicated 9mm lower AR carbine I installed a Kalashnicarver C-96 pattern AR grip with a red "9" added to it. The forearm is laminate wood, and the (adjustable) stock has a faux wood overlay. I refer to the carbine as an "ARed9" in homage to the 9mm conversion C-96 Mauser "Red 9" pistols. One could easily make a similarly outfitted AR pistol. MHO, YMMV, etc. |

I have K2+'s on everything, but I will probably switch. The thing I don't like about the K2 is the plastic feel. I like the rubbery grip of the K2+, but my middle finger tends to rub underneath the trigger guard. Regardless, what you are looking for is a more vertical grip with such a short set-up.
