Anyone ever try such a combination? Will be with a partisan disruptor frt, 16" barrel 7.62x39 standard a2 rifle length buffer and tube. I want to switch back and forth with another 16" 5.56 upper and I hear the rifle buffer slows the rate of fire down to a nice level. Thanks |

I have not tried that combination, but as long as your upper is already known to be reliable (good extractor, bolt, clean chamber) I would expect that to run. Remember, the buffer sensitivity with FRTs is not about slowing the rate of fire, it's about eliminating bolt carrier bounce specifically. Your rifle buffer should do that correctly, as it has the dead blow mass already that the fancy carbine length buffers are trying to simulate. |

| I have a PSA KS47 with a SS that had bolt bounce with an H2 and an H3. I tried a A2, but still had problems. Ordered a Tromix H4 and I'm hopeful that'll fix it, but haven't had time to try it out yet. |
