My son has my FP9mm. What is the best buffer and recoil spring combo for a 9mm BlowBack AR? I don't know the current spring rating. It's the buffer weights 3oz. Sometimes we don't get the cases properly ejected, others it will not feed the next round properly. It reportedly runs 147's better than 115 standard pressure factory loads. Thanks in advance! |

I don’t know what a FP9mm but it’s a AR9 variant then 3oz for a buffer is way to light. 10oz is pretty normal these days 7.5 being the minimum. |

I use a Macon armory dead blow buffer with a colt carbine spring. Weight of bolt and buffer is 24oz. 10” barrel. Weight of buffer is 7.5 oz I think. |
