I seem to recall him saying that he does them submerged in water. . . At least I think I recall that. . . I was thinking how did the water get in the case to kill the primer with the bullet in it. Then I figured they did it with the primer out the seated it as normal during the loading process. Looks like they put some kind of of bonding agent to keep the powder together. |
