I hereby guarantee that Wolf steel-cased ammunition loaded with bi-metal jacketed bullets is capable of producing sub-half-MOA accuracy at a distance of 100 yards.* As proof, the sub-half-MOA group of Wolf ammunition pictured below was fired from one of my Colt AR-15s with a chrome-lined, NATO chambered HBAR, at a distance of 100 yards.

i too am curious as to why only a 3 shot group
dont know about the rest of you folks,but i always go a by a 5 shot group i do this with my rifles and handguns always have,always will a 3 shot group doesnt tell me much about the ammo not trying to be sarcastic,just my 2 cents on it |

No sh!t he was in the range house couple days later with 1 target of them all touching, saying how he had a .25 moa rifle

everyone knows mass produced barrels don't / can't shoot.......................................................lol Maybe we should start a thread on "Just how big of groups certain ammo does through "your" rifle.".... or "What ammo is the worst shooting through your rifle"... |

Rmpl I think it is related to the following thread where a barrel manufacturer was guaranteeing their barrel to be sub-MOA based on a 3 round group: http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_3_12/688660_going_rate_for_sub_moa_barrels.html&page=4#i7089975 Then Molon said that if one used a 3 round group for judging precision, then even Wolf ammo would be considered sub-MOA when it is well known that Wolf is not a sub-MOA ammo. |

On the hunter issue, one range visit last year of 2 in the last 8 yrs or so,  , I went with my uncle to try out a new assembled by me 6.8 AR to make sure it did not blow up and sight in the scope.... the bolt action shooter next to us was happy with a 4-6" group at 100 yards....
We managed 1 MOA at 100yds with new gun, no break in for barrel, and did I mention my first time shooting an AR15,,,,despite how many I have... ....with only 20rds used up.
